He knew my name and all I said was "mm hmm" and he responds, "you're so cute" all in Mandarin. No idea how he got my number or name, possibly WeChat as I don't use my Chinese name anywhere else.

A guy called me and asked me In Chinese, if I can speak Chinese. I don’t speak Chinese except for a few basic phrases I learnt in Duolingo, and when I said no, could he speak English, he kept asking me in Chinese if I can speak Chinese. Eventually, I said I don’t know what you’re looking for and I don’t speak Chinese and I’m going to hang up. During that moment, he says something that resembles f your mother or similar curse words in Chinese.

I left a comment here not long ago about a different number but basically this number here is that person’s other phone. So I will just paste same comment to warn people:
Some man called speaking Chinese. I do speak Chinese so I asked what he wants. He pretended knowing me to which I said that he got the wrong person. He then continued calling again and again and then sending me messages wanting to “get to know me”, after I didn’t respond he started saying how it’s impolite to ignore. I blocked this weirdo
(So he called me from few different numbers after I blocked his other one)
