Seems like a scam, think it was an AI voice. Instantly hung up when I said I'm not between age 50-79.

Male caller offering me a free survey on the energy efficiency of my home. I gave the first initial answers (terraced house etc) but then he asked for my full name. When I said i'm not giving him that as I don't know who they were for sure, he just repeated again what is your name. I put the phone down at this point
