Asian scammer pretending to be from Amazon. Wants OTP from Amazon so he can deliver parcel. He locked me out of my account.

He said he is from eBay and needed the codes to deliver the parcel. He got the code I saw on the top of my screen. He changed my Amazon password and put his email instead of mine. Refunded whatever he could from my purchases and used the money to buy other items which he also refunded. He used several delivery addresses but one was used a couple of times: 36, BURNHAM STREET STOKE-ON-TRENT, ST4 3EX.
I called Amazon straight after that as I received a notification from Amazon about the password changed. They didn't bother and reversed the change after 3 days and my 2 cheasing calls!!! There is no way to report it to the Police since the website doesn't work and looks like a child built it in MS Word 20 years ago.

First called Sunday evening, left a voicemail claiming to be ebay and that they needed to deliver a parcel and to contact asap. Then started messaging me on Whatsapp and ringing me every day, then this morning Wednesday 29th they started sending sexual messages.

This is your amazon ebay order... yeah sure it is... we just need your details so we can complete your order.... do people still fall for this old scam?... um um its not a scame we send you link you click on give details for your delivery.... I'm not going click on you stupid scam link.. umm urrr *click*
