Called me claiming they are from 3 network and claimed they want to upgrade my phone to 5G. When I told them my phone was not configured for 5G they promised to send me an upgrade of my phone free of charge and then transferred me to a senior officer who requested that I have to pay for the delivery which will be reimbursed later. After I refused to give them my account details to pay for the delivery as I insisted that such payments should paid through my bills, they hung up when they realised that I didn't budge as I told them that I wasn't particularly keen on their update.
