From a call centre (noisy background) telling me I had earned a loyalty discount on my mobile contract and a gift of an Apple Watch. Then told me I needed a security deposit of £51.00 for the watch - this signalled it was time to hang up. E-mails received while on phone looked very authentic!

Displayed as some wood outfit so grabbed it but quiet line then dropped.

Phoned out of the blue to ask if I wanted 20% off my bill. (Not specified which bill)
Asked if i was contract or PAYG (If they're legit, sirely they know this?).
Offer then jumped to 30% off, they asked what type of phone I would like- iPhone or Samsung.
Definitely not a legitimate call.

Caller wanted to talk about BT and EE merging, wanting to send new sim card. When I asked her to send me an email with this information she rang off. Suspicious or what??
