SCAM! They pretend to be with EE and tell you that someone in Liverpool is trying to purchase an e-sim card. They social engineered me, asked for a code to secure my account and they used that code to order an e-sim card themselves and block my current number. This way I was not able to use my 2FA, lost access to my Paypal, Hotmail, Gmail and they managed to purchase some Bitcoin with Coinbase. Luckily I managed to stop it on time, but please be vigilant and do not share any information with stangers on the phone!
