Keeps ringing me recently I haven't answered it, I know I'm due for an update in 2 months, But by the comments I've seen on this video it's quite obvious that this is a scam unfortunately vulnerable people such as elderly will fall for it. Needs to be more action taken against people like this.

Very persistant and convincing that they were from Three. When I asked for an email to be sent so I could decide before paying for a new contract she said no, not possible so I hung up and blocked.
