Rang and when I answered there was no response at all. I had expected a work call so this was disruptive and suspicious.

My phone flagged this as suspected scam so I ignored it. After reading other reports it appears connected to fraudulent housing repair claims. At a difficult time for my family, this kind of call feels especially intrusive and exploitative.

Caller struggled to speak clear English and when asked for the company name gave an unclear response. Entirely sounded like a scam call about housing matters.
