Claimed to be from a housing company but when I said it's a scam they hung up

Called up and asked a couple of questions then hung up. Very dodgy, sounded Asian, Asked about cracks and water leakage.

I’m sick and he called me when cooking he just sat there it was really disturbing

English accent. Said calling from housing problem company working with councils. He told me I had put a complaint in about my house. But couldn't give me my name when I asked. Even though he said he got my details from the council. I told him I don't know what he was on about as I own my own house. He apologised and said wrong number and hung up. I've reported to TPS.
