THE CALLER CLAIMED I HAD PREVIOUSLY REPORTED DAMP AND MOULD PROBLEMS. THIS WAS NOT TRUE AT ALL. THE CONVERSATION FELT PUSHY AND UNEXPECTED SO I BLOCKED THE NUMBER STRAIGHT AWAY.
