I thought this might be a scam and if the situation was different it could have became a scam in some way. The only security Jamie wanted was the post code of the address that an old Will had been registered at. In my situation, it was about an old Will that I had put in place many years prior at an old address and with an ex partner/wife. I had, once that relationship was over, made a new Will and since made another new Will with a new Law Firm. The original Law firm that I had used had placed all their Wills with "Rights Legal Group" (found this via Google), I am presuming that they either have now closed down or only specilising in certain aspects of law that doesn't include Wills and Probate. Jamie confirmed that he would be marking the old Will as void and didn't try to sell me anything new. Obviosuly, if I had not created a new Will 2 years ago, that might have been the purpose of the call.
