Overview of Viagra Viagra, known generically as sildenafil, is a medication primarily used to treat erectile dysfunction (ED) in men. It works by relaxing the muscles in blood vessels, increasing blood flow to specific areas of the body, particularly the penis, which helps achieve and maintain an erection during sexual activity. How Viagra Works Mechanism: Viagra is a phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5) inhibitor. It blocks the enzyme PDE5, allowing cyclic GMP to accumulate, which relaxes blood vessels and enhances blood flow. Onset and Duration: It typically takes 30 to 60 minutes to start working and can last for up to 5 hours. However, sexual arousal is necessary for it to be effective. Usage and Dosage Administration: Viagra is taken orally, usually 30 minutes to 1 hour before sexual activity. It should not be taken more than once a day. Dosage: The prescribed dose varies based on individual health conditions and response to treatment

Supposed call from EE offering me 30% discount on my account - when the caller started asking me questions that EE should have known i.e. my name and the amount of my last monthly bill, I told the caller that he was trying to scam me and hung up.
