Housing scam. Stated they were an independent company that helps the council with damages to properties. Used the common issues of mould and damp. Refused to tell me the address of the “report”. Stated my name was on the tenancy when it isn’t, they said someone else could have used my name and number from my address. A load of BS.

called and didn’t speak i said hello and they said goodbye and hung up but it was a bot speaking
