Received numerous call saying from E-ON and today from UK Power Networks. They have said they are going to cut our |Electricity off if we do not sign today and will be fined. Very persistent. Our contract is not up for renewal till the end of the year. This is not genuine and no supplier should be using threatening tactics.

UK Power Networks were quick to respond to the power cut in our area, keeping us informed of progress.
A very efficient and prompt, polite service. And the technicians who did the repairs conducted them in dark, horrible rain and wind. Well done guys!

I spoke to Richard from Uk power networks on the phone and he was able to help me quickly with my outage issue. He managed to solve it in 5 mins and was very polite/helpful over the phone. Give him a nice raise!

I have been receiving calls from 'British Gas Lite' my service provider to renew my contract which is 12 months away yet. I hadn't renewed as i am not due to. My broker advised this is a scam. I then had a call from 'National Grid' saying they are going to cut my electricity if i dont sign a contract today with this company and my broker who i have been with for three years are not legitimate and i should leave them immediately. He threatened to send an engineer around today to cut my power off and he will also be bringing a fine of £3000 from Ofgem for breach of contract for not signing a new one. They are so pushy and rude. If my grandparents were faced with these calls i would worry they would crumble under the pressure as they have worried me. The other number they used was 01733421060. This number doesnt even belong to British Gas either.

Person claiming to be from my supplier called me to renew supply which I refused. Later a person called from this number claiming to be from UKPowerNetworks and saying they had received a request to from my supplier to cut off my supply for not renewing contract

THEY ARE NOT GENUINE, THEY TOLD US THEY WERE FROM BRITISH GAS, EVERYTIME THEY RING THEY GIVE A DIFFERNT COMPANY NAME

This number belongs to the Distribution company UK Power Network Services I had received call from them and then I verify the number as well they also confirm this is their registered number
