Claimed to be a local energy representative. Asked him he was calling from a London number when I live in Greater Manchester. Line went dead.

Female phoned telling me I qualified for a grant to have solar panels. I didn't speak then she said "you are the home owner aren't you?" I simply replied "no" and she wished me a good day and I hung up.

Wanted to tell me that some types of insulation could cause building damage: began to pedal stuff that was not true / misleading. Asked what type of loft insulation we had: we don't have a loft! Then rang off without saying a word. Clearly not to be trusted.

They claimed it was a survey, but then they tried selling me insulation removal.
