Not the first time I've received a call from this person. Sounds like a mature lady maybe in her 60's. Doesn't introduce herself other than saying she's the Energy advisor for this area and went into her spiel about insulation etc. I advised her that I had not asked to be called and the telephone is for my use and not for random people trying to scam.
