Not easy to understand, but wanted to talk about grants for gas boilers. Knew the surname and my late wife's first name. Whatever he was 'selling' it was obvious that no genuine business would approach a prospective client with this dodgy, shifty, pitch. Made Arthur Daley and Delboy seem like rally sound businessmen.
