They claimed to know all about me of course they didn’t 😡

Claimed to be the energy adviser for my postcode area (without mentioning where that is) and that my property had come up on the "loft insulation register" as having the old type of insulation - the "yellow or white fluffy stuff" on the floor of the loft. I said my loft insulation isn't registered anywhere, he didn't try to counter that but asked "should we continue" to which I said no
