Recorded, very convincing sounding lady said all three names of my wife correctly and said they needed to check her bank card because a payment had been declined recently. Press any key etc. We did not! Reported to ICO as nuisance call but others could easily be taken in.

I was not sure as it sounded very genuine but called land line and ask to verify D.O.B so refused to believe at the beginning but person on phone told me to call my Bank and not wanted any details. Very mixed fillings as when you called number it says "Fraud Prevention Department" so no Lloyds mentioned... After calling Lloyds it turned out to be genuine and it was attempt to fraud my card with doggy subscriptions. Turned out I needed to block my card and getting new one sent. So just call your bank if you not sure and still do not give up your details.
