Called a couple of times today (23 feb) - went dead. Asked if I was the home owner - a dead giveaway!

Answered but only silence. London area code suspect scam from past similar reports.

They claimed to be from some energy saving group and asked if I own the home. I told them Im sick of random calls and they ended it fast.

Rang and there was complete silence before they ended the call. We are registered with TPS yet still receive these nuisance calls. Very frustrating.

This call was allegedly from Jo who is an energy advisor in the area. I think this was a robot calller as when I stayed quiet when she asked if I was the home owner, there was no follow up question or checking if I was still there. After about a minute the line went dead.

The caller said she was Jo from the energy advice team talking about insulation grants. When I asked who she worked for, the answer was vague. Seems fraudulent to me.
