Reside down south. Guy inquired on property hold. Claimed tie to some group. Mentioned a woman reached out before on unrelated digits.

It buzzed a couple beats then quit before I could get to it. Standard sign of a machine dialing system, no follow up came, treated it as junk outreach.

I put harassing. as of yet he hasn't spoken, but has called 3 time today already and it is only 2pm.

This was a silent call, so expecting further calls from a scammer.

Called yesterday by an Indian-sounding man who claimed I had had faulty cavity wall insulation fitted into my house. I don't have cavity wall insulation at all. He stayed quiet whilst I informed him that I could see through his scam, and that - in any case - he shouldn't have been calling me as we're registered with the Telephone Preference Service. He promised he would take my number off his system.
Surprise, surprise. He phoned again this morning.
