The phone stopped ringing just before I was able to pick it up.

I have just received a call from this number, they claimed that they were calling about the renewal for my water and drainage at my property, i insisted that this has never happened before but they were quite convincing. Asking about any major works i have had done at my property (they knew my address) and they tried to get me to confirm my bank details. Luckily my colleague could hear me and said tell them you will call them back, i did and they offered me a call back service which i declined. Once off the phone my colleague looked up the number and here we are.
