Indian call centre seem to know full name and when you block number they ring from 01986 300196 so have to block that number as well.

Received call from an Asian sounding male, stating the purpose of the call was related to insulation products. Ended call without any discussion. Reported number to my mobile provider and have blocked number.

They asked me whether I had submitted a complaint to the landlord regarding the mould.

This number rang and it was someone pretending to handle loft insulation claims, sounding like from an Indian call center. They asked if I'd had any issues with damp or energy bills, but I haven't inquired about anything. Hung up immediately, reported to my provider, and now it's blocked. Wish there was a better way to stop these persistent fraudsters.
