Unsolicited call, mid week and mi afternoon. No idea how they obtained my number. Spoke totally in Welsh with the caller and despite protestations to speak English they quickly gave up. The joys of being bi-lingual. "Twll din fy ngwash i"

Called to say he was my Dad, which is strange as he has been dead for 12 years, and clearly now has an accent. Offensive and rude, clearly a call centre as lots of background noise.

Nuisance call

Wanted to get money back from car finance from 2007 . The caller kept repeating my details which they already had but not an email. When I said I hadn’t bought a car he asked if my wife had bought a car on finance very hard to finish the call and he knew my full name and address very worrying.

They insisted I was due a new handset even though I’m not even with the provider they mentioned. When I told them that, they tried to change their story. It felt like they were making it up as they went. Very pushy and clearly not legitimate in any way.
