It’s the same as ppi from years ago they make loads of money doing basically nothing!

Sounded like a call centre, lots of backnoises.They knew my first and surname, asking me if it was me and I said no, then they apologies and hung up. But how they get names and surnames :(

Claiming to be o2 needing to send me a new SIM card but couldn't explain to me why I needed a new one. Kept trying to get me to say "yes", obviously a scam caller.
