another of those calls that when you ands it there is a long pause beefier any sound and then when you push for someone to speak, they hang up

Supposed expert on bills but pushed unverified grants for eco mods like double glazing, and when I mentioned checking with my supplier they panicked and bailed. These calls spike around winter to prey on folks worried about costs, but always demand payment upfront or personal banking info classic red flags so hang up and flag to authorities if they persist.
