Told me to they are from Virgin, then from EE, saying my mobile simcard needs updating and that they will dispatch a new one but need me to confirm my personal details before the can send it to me. They also said will deactivate my mobile line if i didnt accept to receive the new sim card. When i questioned it they said i can also go in instore to collect. scammers
