Scam call

Call stating they were a PPI department. As I resolved a the only PPI issue I’ve had over 12 years ago I guessed this was a scam. Said “no thank you” and put the phone down.

South Eastern Asian voice, said they were O2/Virgin media checking the signal....told them i can hear them so its ok!

Claimed to be from O2 offering discount.
Asked how much I was paying. When I pointed out she should know that information, she hung up.

Person said they were from an energy department applying discounts to bills and offering insulation upgrades. It felt very questionable.
