Scam. Claimed to be about Sky TV maintainer/BT Talk Talk/TV licence. Absolute nonsense.

Said he was calling from Scottish Power and wanted to send out an engineer. When i asked for our account number he wasn't able to give me that information and got flustered when he tried to make up a meter number, he then put the phone down when i accused him of not calling from Scottish Power.

Contacted by someone claiming to represent an energy department offering savings and insulation upgrades. It came across as fraudulent and scripted.
