Call from Gaby saying she was from an energy saving company doing a survey in my area, following recent press coverage of damp. I made very clear that I wasn't interested and had no issues with my house, but she persisted in talking. I then pointed out that unsolicited calls should not be proceeded with if the prospect didn't want to proceed, but she continued to talk over me. I therefore said that as she clearly wasn't listening to me, I would hang up, which I ultimately did. Harassing may be too strong, but it is the only category that aligns with Gaby's overbearing tone.

I answered this call and after 1-2 seconds of silence an automated voice said “thank you for taking the time to complete our survey, goodbye”

My second fraudulent call today from scammers trying to con me in to buying bogus loft insulation I don't need. Blocked first number so scammers rang back changing last 3 numbers. Blocked second number. These fraudsters are persistent and nuisances.

Claimed to offer a free loft inspection and said they’d call back. Rang back again even after being told we weren’t interested.
