Being insistent about something we did not know about person very rude

Insisted on ringing back despite me saying I wasn't interested in so called free heating replacement. Seems he only rang back to call me a stupid English F---er!

A rude cold caller has called me back approximately 15 times so far. Sounds like a Manchester accent - perhaps Indian (I am not racist, etc - I loathe racism.)
He is foul-mouthed but persistent. Credit to him for the latter - sadly he is perhaps not aware of the former - let's say 'not the shiniest little penny in the purse' :-p
