I only say neutral as I never answered the call, and reading the comments I’m glad I didn’t. My voicemail picked it up though and they knew my name. I could hear hustle and bustle in the background and what sounded like children. But could just have been high pitched women. Thanks to everyone who left a comment, I’ll block number now.

Scam caller. Didn’t answer, looked it up, confirmed scam.

Caller asked for someone with a name I couldn’t make out and the whole thing felt dodgy. The accent didn’t match what they claimed and I followed my normal routine for scam calls.
