Caller rang at around 6pm on 25/02/26 and launched into a speech about Govt. backed energy saving. But suddenly the line went dead. He never rang back

Caller claimed to be from the energy department and said my tariff needed urgent renewal. They pushed hard for my address and account details but could not clearly state which supplier they represented. It sounded like a scripted scam attempting to gather personal information under pressure.
