Keep ringing getting silent calls

I answered the phone but there was only silence before the call disconnected. It felt like a call centre dialling system rather than a real person.

My phone flagged this as suspected spam. When I answered there was no voice or automated message at all so I blocked it and reported it through my handset.

Claimed to be from the "PCP Department", when I asked for what company she kept saying "we're not a company, we're a department", so I said they had to be a department for a company, and so on. Eventually she claimed the line was faulty and hung up. I wouldn't like to guess at where her accent originated, but poor girl probably thinks she's got a legitimate job - not just us they're scamming
