Called with my name and car registration claiming to be from a company called PCP claims and that I had previously taken out a PCP loan for this car (I haven’t) and to make a claim. Foreign accent, no identifiable company name, clearly unsolicited harassment.

Call about a vehicle I previously owned. When I asked for proper details they immediately hung up. That behaviour says it all, do not engage with them.

Phone flagged it as suspected scam. Caller mentioned car insurance. I have recently arranged cover so I am concerned my details may have been shared without consent. Feels like a targeted scam.
