They claim to be a loan company but when you phone them back it states its an energy company, dont give them any information

I have had so many calls with the same voice message left from so many different numbers - I block every time but they just change the number and leave another message - thank goodness I have call screening. Each time I delete and report as spam but some days it’s around 20 calls and has been going on a few weeks now
