THEY SAID THEY WORK WITH THE ENERGY DEPARTMENT AND CAN CUT MY BILLS. THIS IS NOT LEGITIMATE. BLOCK THIS NUMBER.

They keep saying its about insulation grants but nothing sounds official. The caller would not answer simple questions and just repeated lines from a script. It felt like they were trying to gather personal details under the pretence of an energy scheme.
