Caller asked about loft insulation a lot of questions, then got personal, and when things got to comfortable she hung up. Offensive.

Caller gave her name as Jo. Asked if owned my property. Told her it was none of her business & asked her not to call again.

According to my phone they were leaving a message by the time I got to it. Connected and called hello multiple times, and then it disconnected. I assume it was a marketing call.

Person saying their name was "Jo" claimed they were from my "energy provider", without saying who that was. When asked if they were selling something there was stoney silence then they repeated their intro "my name is Jo" etc and said they wanted to talk about my loft insulation. They repeated asked if I was the homeowner. Throughout the call they appeared quite rude, pushy and demanding, as though they were after more information. I told them I was not about to divulge anything and not to ring me again. They hung up.

Lady asked me if i had loft insulation, I said yes, then she asked was it easy to get in my loft and what kind of property i owned. She also asked if i was aged between 45 and 79 I said no I am older, she then said ok I cant help you then and hung up.
