cold call about loft insulation pretending to have my details from central government database, didnt greet me by name!posh voice good english very believable. I had doubts , didn't give any info and told him to write to me! as if it was genuine he would have the details. I didnt give him any.VERY EASY TO FALL FOR.

Blocking these calls does nothing because they keep coming back with different numbers. They try to trick people and it is annoying. THIS NEEDS REPORTING.

"Hi my name is Jo" is defo a bot! Quite a good one though.. I asked a few questions and then when I asked if she was a robot she said no, but then if you ask how can I be sure the line goes dead.

"My name is Jo and I'm one of the energy advisors in your area." It's clearly an AI bot because it just stops if you deviate from the responses it expects. This thing is ringing me on a daily basis. It feels like a scam. The calls have different names and voices.
