Asked for me by name! Asked who was speaking and where from and they cut off! Avoid block!

James spoke very quickly, said he was from Insulation Advisory Line SW London. Told me if I had the wrong insulation it could make my home damp with mould. Ended with him saying a surveyor would call in 30 minutes to make an appointment. Wasn't convinced the call was genuine. Won't be speaking to the surveyor.

Trying to make telephone appointment for a property and care package agent to call. So the government don’t get their hands on my property for care . Repeatedly told no . Said he would pass my number on I told him no and I have your number , he hung up .
