Wanted to send someone out to check insulation, ignored being told that it had been done, very pushy when my mum told them she was 85 when they asked. Evil persons parents much better proud of job choice

Caller claimed to be linked to a television service provider offering a new deal. I have never used that service and the details were incorrect.
