Young male voice, strong Indian or thereabouts accent. Started off by saying “you are qualified for £200 off your phone bill". I think it was actually a real person rather than an automated message, because he said slightly different things each time I said "Who's calling?" Eventually he said he was calling from - I think - Utility Warehouse and did the spiel again. When I didn’t answer he hung up.
