This number, plus numbers in a similar range, has been calling at least twice a day for 4+ weeks - hasn't rung on Sundays yet. My number is registered with the Telephone Preference Service but this doesn't cover scam calls unfortunately.

leaves messages about "a survey on behalf of well known brands. If you want exciting offers, call us back." Then if I answer it switches to an automated home insulation survey asking increasingly personal details then hangs up "That's all from me". I have recieved numerous calls and messages, up to 4 a day with the same thing with varying different numbers, this was the latest number.
