The unsolicited caller starts "this is your local energy adviser" but Bracknell is not local to me and I've also had the same call with the same voice from telephone numbers from Manchester and Ebsfleet in Kent among others (about 1 a week) so clearly using fake numbers. Wants to do a survey of loft insulation. Certainly spam and likely to be a scam if using telephone numbers in this way.
