This was a SCAM. Chasing for maintenance for a Timeshare handed back to the resort. Second time they’ve called. Last time it was a Dublin number reported by others as dodgy.

Call pertained to unpaid maintenance fees to Diamond Resorts, now HGV. Have receipts of payment, beware probably a scam.

Unexpected call from Disputes Resolution about our Timeshare. This was handed back to Club la Costa last October with their fill agreement and wavied final maintenance fee. The lady would not provide any contract number or email. This must be a scam and will be rebuffed robustly.

Elderly couple, husband aged 89! received alarming phone call from this number this morning, stating they were bailiffs who are going to come and retrieve money for alleged unpaid time share maintenance. There is no time share ownership! I am going to report this to the police.
