Missed the call, so called back and went to an automated message thanking me for calling "the energy department" and telling me to press 1 to speak to an agent. Didn't press anything and then an automated message said "that's great, we'll keep your place in the queue and call you back". It then abruptly hung up. I've blocked the number as spam, and reported to O2, my telephone carrier.
