Said they were from Severn water and my insurance policy was due for renewal, funny as we are under different water company and no insurance policy! Scam!!

Was told that my drainage insurance had run out which is re.arkable as I didn't possess any in the first place. Obviously a way of getting your bank details for a renewal.
