Called today obviously in call centre due to background noise. He said he was calling from marks and spencer. He was not sure who he wanted to speak to but asked me to confirm my address..I pointed out that if he was asking for a person by name and was calling on behalf of marks and spencer he would have the relevant details . I hung up.
