As other comment mentions the call was about my loft insulation. The caller, clearly was a robot and said my existing insulation is not efficient enough. Total lie and most likely a scam

They phoned and was asking me all these questions to do with my house and insulation. I said I’ve already had this done months ago and they was extremely rude demanding money from me, was unable to tell me their company name so i could put in a complaint and used disgusting language please be careful

Asked for me by name, when i asked who was calling they hung up.

They said advisers were working locally and that my loft qualified for free insulation. I asked simple questions and got vague answers. Sounded fake and rehearsed. I do not believe this was a real scheme.
