Unsolicited call. Left to go to answerphone, no message left. Nuisance!

Introduced himself as local energy advisor and that "my" property had been highlighted as still having old style loft insulation which could (but not always) lead to condensation; asked if property had alreday had been surveyed - at which point I simply stated I did not respond to cold callers and put phone down before he got a chance to say anything else!

Called pretending energy scheme for loft insulation grant. They push hard saying most homes qualify. CLEAR SCAM blocked immediately don't trust.
